To strengthen our office in Szczecin, we are looking for a

Your responsibilities:

• Supervision over the corporate documentation of the Companies
• Management of documentation for the Management Board
• Cooperation and coordination of tasks between the Management Board and the Management Team
• Organization and participation in Management Board meetings, creation of notes and summaries
• Verification of documents and handling of financial operations
• Preparation of presentations, reports and corporate documentation
• Management of the Management Board’s calendar (organization of meetings, monitoring priorities)
• Administrative and financial/accounting support
• Reliable and timely implementation of tasks assigned by the Management Board

What we are looking for:

• Fluent English
• Higher education
• Experience as an Office Manager/Management Assistant will be an additional asset
• Understanding of financial issues
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Decision-making skills, excellent work organization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment
• Meticulousness
• Discretion and confidentiality of company data
• High personal culture
• “Active” driving license
