Senior Financial Planner & analyst (all genders)
to develop & deliver business analytics & insight reporting.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly reporting, variance analysis, financial & non-financial KPIs including budget planning and forecasting
- Provide meaningful & actionable business insights to senior management and align with business goals as well as track progress
- Development of KPIs, statistics and metrics to measure business performance with high focus on the key drivers of the business
- Development of robust financial models for business scenarios to support senior management in decision making
- Collaborate with senior management to create and consolidate budgets and forecasts
- Support the Business strategy process with sound analytics and tracking performance
- Support business by identifying and evaluating new revenue opportunities and risks
- Ongoing development of processes, methods and reports and drive forward digitalization
What we are looking for:
- Graduate level (BSc/Master) with focus on economic/controlling or similar
- 5 to 10 years of business experience in this role
- Excellent functional expertise in finance functions, especially regarding financial controlling/modelling, and insightful data analysis experience
- Experienced in setting up state of the art forward looking reporting tools Highly motivated and proactive personality with strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Used to dealing with different hierarchical levels
- Stress resilience
- Assertive and result oriented personality
- Excellent skills in financial modelling, MS Office, LucaNet and Power BI
- Team oriented
- German and English fluently (oral/written)
- Travelling within Europe
