Terms and Conditions for the FAIRPLAY TOWAGE Group Giveaway on LinkedIn & Instagram
The giveaway is organised by FAIRPLAY TOWAGE Group. Eligible to participate is any natural person residing in Europe who has reached the age of 18. The giveaway starts on April, 8th 2024, and the deadline for participation is April 22, 2024, at 23:59 (CET). Late entries cannot be considered.
Participation in the giveaway is only permissible through the personal registration of the participant. Participation through automated methods (e.g., giveaway clubs or giveaway service providers) is not allowed. In such cases and in case of violations of the terms or manipulations, we reserve the right to exclude the respective participant.
Address data will only be collected from the winners later and will be used solely for the purpose of shipping the prize. Participants have legal rights to information and revocation.
Prize Description
The prize consists of 2×2 Tickets for the Tugs and Drinks Event in Hamburg on Saturday, May 11th 2024.
Winners must respond and provide their address for prize shipment by April 25, 2024, at 23:59 (CET).
Winners will be notified directly on our Instagram following the giveaway. This notification will be made by the official “FAIRPLAY TOWAGE Group” account responding to the original comment through which the participant entered the giveaway.
Winners will be asked in this comment to provide their address for prize shipment via Instagram direct message to FAIRPLAY TOWAGE Group. In the event that a winner does not independently contact FAIRPLAY TOWAGE Group by April 25, 2024, at 23:59 (CET), the prize will be forfeited, and the winner loses the right to receive the prize. The announcement of the winners is without guarantee.
FAIRPLAY TOWAGE Group is authorized to transmit personal data to third parties to enable the delivery of the prize. Only one prize per participant is possible, and it cannot be alternatively paid out in cash. Prize claims are not transferable to other individuals. FAIRPLAY TOWAGE Group is released from all obligations upon handing over the prize. FAIRPLAY TOWAGE Group is only liable for intentional or grossly negligent legal and material defects.
Premature Termination of the Giveaway
FAIRPLAY TOWAGE Group reserves the right to terminate or end the giveaway at any time without prior notice. FAIRPLAY TOWAGE Group will especially exercise this option if, for technical reasons (e.g., viruses in the computer system, manipulation, or errors in hardware and/or software) or legal reasons, a proper execution of the giveaway cannot be guaranteed. If such termination is caused by the behavior of a participant, FAIRPLAY TOWAGE Group may demand compensation for the damage incurred from that person.

These terms and conditions and the entire legal relationship between the participants and FAIRPLAY TOWAGE Group are exclusively subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If individual provisions of the terms and conditions are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. Incomplete or ineffective provisions are to be supplemented or replaced in such a way that another reasonable regulation is found that economically comes closest to the meaning and purpose of the invalid or incomplete provision. Legal recourse is excluded.

The giveaway is not affiliated with Instagram and is not supported, endorsed, or controlled by Instagram in any way. The recipient of the provided information is not Instagram but FAIRPLAY TOWAGE Group. Therefore, all questions, comments, or complaints should be directed to FAIRPLAY TOWAGE Group and not to Instagram. Participation does not create any claims against Instagram.
